Upgrade Your Invoice Templates to Include Pictures
Consider upgrading your invoice templates to include photographs in the same document.
In the past our contractors had two exports for invoices. One was the invoice itself, converted and saved as a pdf document. The second was a pdf document that export from the associated Work Order via “Print Custom Images” and saved as a pdf. When the contractor sent the invoice to the customer via email, they would need two pdf attachments.
With our ability to add “jpg” images into our templates, many of our contractors now include photos from the “Invoice Photos” folder of the associated Work Order directly in their invoice template as page two. This makes it easier and faster to process invoices, save the template as a pdf and send it to the customer via email or print to mail to the customer.
